We are a US company; infrastructure runs on global edge networks (Cloudflare) with primary storage in the US/EU. Account data is kept while your account exists; usage counters are kept in aggregate. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days except what we must keep for legal/tax reasons (e.g. Stripe invoices).
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For any of these — or to delete your account — email hello@typozap.com from your account address. We respond within 30 days.
TypoZap is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we materially change this policy, we will notify you by email or in-app before the change takes effect. The current version always lives at this address.
